01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) homebet88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

04 Account Security

06 Betting Rules

11 Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

You may close your homebet88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of homebet88 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
